Welcome to forest house LOUA!
The following house rules apply during your stay. Together with our Terms and Conditions, they form a single entity. By booking, you agree to both documents.
Accommodation & guests
Reservation
A reservation is personal and non-transferable. The number of guests must match the confirmed reservation.
Day visit
Day visitors are only permitted in consultation with the landlord.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Peace, park & surroundings
Noise and nuisance
Forest cottage LOUA is located in a quiet, nature-oriented park. Loud music and disturbances are not permitted. We ask that you be considerate of the surroundings, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The cottage is not suitable for parties or events.
Parkregels
The rules of Bospark de Vossenberg also apply during your stay. These are available through the park or upon request from the owner. In case of doubt, the park rules always prevail.
Traffic and parking
The speed limit in the park is 16 km/h. Parking is available for one car per booking in the driveway. Additional cars can be parked at reception.
Fireworks
Fireworks are not allowed in the park.
Safety & children
General
Forest Cottage LOUA is child-friendly, but parents and caregivers are always responsible for supervising their children. The forest garden contains natural elements such as twigs and pine cones; therefore, wearing shoes outside is recommended. During tick season (March through October), we advise checking children regularly for ticks.
Use of house & inventory
Interior
Please treat the interior with care. Remove your shoes in wet or muddy weather. Do not sit on the furniture in wet (swimming) clothes.
Outside
In case of rain, store the outdoor cushions in a dry place and cover the barbecue. If cushions do get wet, let them dry under the canopy on the sun terrace.
Furniture
Moving furniture or inventory without prior consultation is prohibited. Indoor furniture is intended for indoors, outdoor furniture for outdoors.
Misuse
The bikes are a bonus for short trips in the area. They are stored outdoors year-round and are used at your own risk. Please report any damage or defects.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Smoking is permitted outdoors; please use the ashtray on the side patio. Always leave smoke detectors exposed.
Departure
Upon departure, please leave the cottage spotlessly clean and dispose of your waste separately in the containers at the park exit. Keys and access passes must be returned in accordance with the checkout instructions (emailed).
Other
Visit by owners
In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary for someone to come by for maintenance or inspection. We always discuss this with guests in advance.
